NJSDC Rules & League Alignment
The New Jersey Swimming & Diving Conference has had a long 40+ year history of providing a great platform for summer competitive swimming in New Jersey, with over 30 teams in Middlesex, Somerset, Monmouth & Union Counties. The conference is divided into four competitive leagues, with dual meets, league championship meets and a conference championship meet. Rule Changes for 2024
NJSDC will run all meets following USA Swimming and United States Diving (USD) rules in 2024.
Note the following updates to the NJSDC Rule Book.
Removing sections:
V. CONDUCT OF MEETS
D. The USA Swimming and United States Diving
(USD) rule books will prevail exceptas noted below- the back stroke turn exception has
been removed
V1. SCORING
5 SWIMMING EVENTS
A. All swimming events shall be
governed by the USA Swimming rule book except that a swimmer shall be allowed
one (1) non-deliberate false start without penalty
